For several years we were brought on board to our financial services client based in New York City. We re-designed several existing data platforms as well as build several key components of their flagship "IR Insight" product.

I. Product Management:
Managed four enterprise-level IT projects from Inception to Production concurrently                       

II. Program Management:
Demonstrated functional delivery of product roadmaps for senior stakeholders
Established delivery timelines by analyzing requirements and deliverable
Formulated overall project plans accounting for dependencies and resources

Marriott

We were was asked to serve in an advisory role that created a new e-commerce buyflow for Marriott’s timeshare business


I. Scoping

Identified several core customer paths and gained consensus


II. Analysis:

Analyzed and compared other industry approaches in the space


III. Implementation:

A team of KB Consultants comprising of Product Managers and Product Owners wrote the Epics, Features and User Stories needed to deliver the entire experience and worked with in-house delivery teams.


IV. On-going Support:

Worked closely with senior management to ensure a successful launch for dozens of stakeholders as well as fast followers post launch

Barclays

Barclays in the US and UK went through a fundamental change in their organization globally. During a period of historical uncertainty in the world's financial marketplace KB was able to step in and help created a three pronged approach to alleviate some of the issues: 

I. C Level Vision Setting:
Executed an initiative to record, track and report ownership of 46,241 balance sheet accounts for the CFO of the Americas.

II. System Design:
Wrote multiple business requirements documents (BRDs) designed to improve current finance functions that had a substantial impact on retention and future staffing needs of our client.

III. Measuring Cost Savings:
Achieved a savings of 35MM in capital allocation by tracking disparities between US GAAP and IFRS
